In collaboration with Bayer, the McDermott life sciences team will present two programs on licensing in the life sciences space.

In the first bootcamp-style program, “Negotiating a Licensing Agreement,” McDermott Partners Byron Kalogerou, Margaret Sampson, PhDDavid Santangelo and Counsel Richard Smith will discuss the nuts and bolts of negotiating a license agreement with an academic institution or another company. The bootcamp will allow participants to listen in on a mock licensing negotiation.
