The first module in our toolkit focuses on transition plans for employers preparing to reopen. Topics include:
- Implementing return to work transition teams, roles, and monitoring protocols
- Developing a transition plan, including regulations and guidance to consider, and giving proper notice to employees
- Preparing your policies to ensure compliance, with a focus on critical policies and COVID-19-specific policies that need to be developed
We will also conduct a Q&A session with the speakers at the end of the webinar. Please submit your questions in advance during registration.
MCLE credit is pending in California, Illinois and New York. Attendees who request credit in other states will receive a Uniform Certificate of Attendance, which can be used to claim credit as permitted by applicable state MCLE rules.
