On May 24, 2023, Alden J. Bianchi and Sarah Engle will be speaking on a webinar titled “SECURE Act 2.0 and the Future of EPCRS”. The webinar, hosted by the American Bar Association, will examine the changes to Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System (EPCRS) enacted by Congress; explain their likely impact on plans and plan sponsors; and otherwise speculate on the contours of the “new and improved” EPCRS.
