Tax in the City® Seattle: A Women’s Tax Roundtable

Tax in the City® is a forum for women tax professionals to discuss technical state, federal, and international tax issues in a collegial and confidential setting.

Join us for the first Tax in the City® Seattle Roundtable of 2019. We will begin with a discussion of some of the new technical rules including the following:

• To Make the Section 163(j) CFC Group Election or Not
• How New FDII Regulations Make it Easier for Services Income to Qualify
• The Double BEAT Penalty
• State and Local Tax – Emerging Issues

After lunch we will lead a group discussion regarding the challenges related to tax planning in today’s changing world including the OECD’s proposal to change the definition of PE and the arm’s length standard for digital and other businesses.
