Tax in the City® New York: A Women’s Tax Roundtable – Year in Review

McDermott is pleased to invite you to our annual Tax in the City® Year in Review session. Tax in the City® is a forum for women tax professionals to discuss technical state, federal and international tax issues in a collegial and confidential setting.

The program for this event will include a discussion of the following topics:

• The recent ITW case
• Interaction of the international tax provisions of BEAT, FDII, GILTI and Section 163(j) (including a discussion of how these rules apply in the case of partnerships)
• An overview of key state tax developments including the impact of the Wayfair case and how states are adapting to the new federal tax provisions
