Please join us on Tuesday, November 16 and Wednesday, November 17 for the annual TEI International Tax Forum, co-presented by McDermott Will & Emery and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

This virtual forum will cover a wide range of topics relevant to companies operating internationally across various industries, including a Washington policy update. An agenda is provided below.

CLE/CPE CREDIT

Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit is pending in California, Illinois and New York. Attendees who request credit in other states will receive a Uniform Certificate of Attendance, which can be used to claim credit as permitted by applicable state MCLE rules. CPE credit is also pending. A Multi-Jurisdiction Certificate will be made available to participants requesting CPE credit.

To request CLE/CPE credit, you must complete a forthcoming survey for each day of the program. To be eligible to earn a CLE/CPE certificate, you must participate via Zoom (using your full name) and not only by phone. Credit will be provided per day and you must attend the entire day to receive credit. Credit for partial-day attendance will not be provided. McDermott Will & Emery is handling all CLE/CPE credit.
