Legislative Decision of 17 December 2020 on Adjustment of Pandemic-Related Regulations for Commercial Lease Agreements

Following the decision of the Federal Chancellor and the heads of government of the federal states, the German Federal Parliament passed a law on December 17 2020 to adapt pandemic-related regulations, inter alia, for commercial lease agreements.
