Overview
Paris, October 14, 2022 – McDermott Will & Emery advised Abenex in the fundraising of European provider of integrated technology solutions for ultrasonic non-destructive testing (NDT), Ekoscan Integrity.
The EDF Group, through its venture capital company, EDF Pulse Ventures, also becomes a strategic investor in this transaction alongside ALIAD, the venture capital fund of Air Liquide, a long-time investor of Ekoscan.
This financing will allow Ekoscan Integrity to expand its international presence, increase its production capacity and accelerate the development of next-generation ultrasound inspection solutions through automated systems and connected probes, thus accelerating the shift from preventive to predictive maintenance.
