Overview
McDermott Will & Emery is advising Eurazeo on its acquisition of a majority stake in Bioline AgroSciences, the world’s third largest macrobial company, through its new impact fund, Eurazeo Planetary Boundaries Fund (‘EPBF’). This investment is the first made by the EPBF teams.
The McDermott team comprised:
- Guillaume Kellner, partner, Julien-Pierre Tannoury, Henri Nalbandyan and Benoît Maïto, associates, on corporate aspects
- Antoine Vergnat, Côme de Saint-Vincent, partners, and Louisiana Lungu, associate, on the tax aspects of the transaction
- Charles de Raignac, Counsel, on intellectual property matters
