McDermott Advises Eurazeo on the Sale of its Stake in Intech Medical to Montagu
McDermott advised Eurazeo on an exclusivity agreement with Montagu Private Equity to sell its majority stake in Intech Medical. The proposed sale is subject to US competition authority approval.
Intech Medical, a French based company, is a a global market leader in the manufacturing and development of orthopedic surgical instruments.
Eurazeo first invested in Intech Medical in 2017.
