McDermott advises LABELIUM on its acquisition by Charterhouse Capital Partners

McDermott Will & Emery has advised the founders of the LABELIUM group, an international digital marketing and data agency, on its takeover by Charterhouse Capital Partners from Qualium.

This follows on from advising the group on its acquisition by Qualium three years ago.

This transaction will allow LABELIUM to accelerate its international commercial development.
