PARIS (March 30, 2017) – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI), the Japanese industrial conglomerate, in relation to its EUR 250 investment in New Areva Holding (NewCo), the company holding the assets of the Areva business relating to the fuel cycle.
As a result of this transaction, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries will hold 5% of the capital of NewCo majority controlled by the French State.
