McDermott Represents B. Riley Securities, Inc. in Signal Hill Acquisition Corp.’s $100 Million Initial Public Offering

International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented B. Riley Securities Inc., a full-service investment banking firm and the sole book running manager for Signal Hill Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), in its $100 million initial public offering (IPO) of 10,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The units will be listed on The Nasdaq Global Market (Nasdaq) and will begin trading on or about February 11, 2022, under the ticker symbol “SGHLU”.
