International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented S&S Activewear, the leading distributor of apparel and accessories in the United States and Canada, in its sale of Ouray Sportswear, a supplier for quality apparel and headwear to destination, collegiate, golf and corporate channels, to L2 Brands, a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of custom apparel and headwear.
The transaction closed on December 30, 2022 and was announced on January 3, 2023.
The McDermott team was led by Ann Marie Brodarick and Jake Townsend and included Nick Greiner, Garrett Moores, Ellie Atkins, Mark Bilut, Jed Gordon, Jennifer Mikulina, Jeffrey Holdvogt, Brian Mead, David Neville, David Saunders and Daniel Zucker.
