Alexandre Bomet focuses his practice on advising French and international companies and investment funds on corporate and financial transactions, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and private equity operations, both domestic and cross-border.
His practice focuses on leveraged buyouts (LBO), divestitures and contracts negotiations.
Prior to joining McDermott, Alexandre worked in the corporate law departments of several international law firms in Paris and Luxembourg.
