Dr. Thomas Ammermann focuses his practice on corporate law and capital markets. Thomas advises clients in corporate and transaction/M&A matters, in particular in the automobile, manufacturing, hospitality and real estate as well as transportation industries, including corporate restructurings, cross-border mergers and joint ventures.
Thomas has special experience in cross-border matters. In that regard Thomas worked in the corporate department of the Firm’s New York office in 2012. In 2014/2015 he worked as foreign counsel at MWE China Law Offices in Shanghai. Most recently Thomas lectured at Shanghai Jiao Tong University’s Koguan Law School.
