David Beach focuses his practice on employment litigation.  David has experience litigating claims of employment discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §1981, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and state and local human rights laws.  He also counsels clients on a range of employment issues, including employment contracts and employee separations and terminations.

In addition to his employment practice, David has experience litigating complex commercial disputes, including individual and class action suits concerning security transactions and violations of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act.  He also has extensive experience in e-discovery and data management, particularly in the context of regulatory investigations.

David maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing clients seeking asylum into the United States.
