Overview
Frances (“Frannie”) Sevilla-Sacasa focuses her practice on employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including representing public and private companies, investors, and individual executives and management teams in connection with change-in-control transactions, investments, and post-transaction counseling. She also advises clients on design and compliance considerations with respect to negotiating and drafting executive employment agreements, equity and cash-based incentive compensation arrangements, severance arrangements, and public company disclosures.
