Michael Spirk focuses his practice on banking and financing with an emphasis on real estate financing.
Prior to joining McDermott, Michael worked as a legal assistant for an international law firm in the real estate department. He was also a research assistant for the Rhineland-Palatinate State Parliament with a focus on commercial and financial topics.
