Overview
Philipp-Gerald Hammes focuses his practice on all aspects of real estate transactions. He advises national and international companies and also has profound experience in the field of commercial tenancy law. Furthermore, Philipp-Gerald has a particular focus on PropTech as well as all aspects regarding the digital transformation of the real estate sector.
Prior to joining McDermott, Philipp-Gerald worked for several years as a senior associate in the real estate department of an international law firm.
During his legal clerkship, he gained experience at an international DAX 30 company in the area of corporate and mergers & acquisitions as well as the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Beijing, China.
