Dr. Benedikt Schulz focuses his practice on corporate law and restructuring. He concentrates on counselling companies, the management or creditors in corporate restructurings as well as mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, Benedikt worked, inter alia, for an international law firm in Düsseldorf and New York.
