She has in-depth knowledge of administrative litigation and the relevant administrative procedures, as demonstrated by the large number of proceedings she has conducted and continues to conduct for companies across various industries in connection with Covid measures implemented by the German federal states (Bundesländer).
Antje focuses her advice on the interface between the private and public sector and has extensive experience in PPP projects. Her focus is on budgetary law issues as well as advice on regulatory specifics for the economic activity of public companies and state institutions in administrative procedures, internal restructuring measures or participations.
