Nikolaus von Jacobs led the Munich and Düsseldorf corporate, tax, IP and antitrust team that advised the shareholders of Optimol Instruments Prüftechnik GmbH (a leading maker of lubricant test systems) on the company’s sale to a private equity investor. The team included Nadine Hartung, Matthias Weingut, Germar Enders, Nina Siewert, Heiko Kermer, Christian Masch and Christian Krohs.
