Game-Changer Geostrategy: The Transactional Ripple Effects
The 12th annual 2022 Cross-Border M&A and Private Equity Conference (MuMAC) was finally held physically, in the Bayerischer Hof in Munich, again. It was a unique networking opportunity, and attended exciting panels and sessions.
The in-person event was accompanied by a complimentary virtual live stream of the main panel only.
MuMAC is the must-attend event for all M&A professionals, including strategic and private equity professionals and industry advisors. The economy continues to face a number of crises, including the war in Ukraine, the ongoing pandemic and global warming. Therefore, the program, which is focused on the transactional ripple effects of the geostrategic game-change, addressed these implications with regards to cross-border M&A and private equity.
