We will highlight challenges for businesses operating in numerous jurisdictions, approaches for achieving compliance on a global scale, and the steps that companies should take to prepare for and respond to data breaches, including a discussion of the relevant regulatory environment. We also will cover data storage, data relocation, data privacy and state secret law.
