Frankfurt, February 1, 2024 – McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce the addition of experienced M&A lawyer Krasen Krastev as another counsel to its Frankfurt transactions team. As of 1 February 2024, Krasen Krastev will strengthen the M&A and Private Equity practice and work closely with partner Dr Michael Cziesla.
Krasen Krastev advises financial investors, companies and founders (including start-ups) on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, buy-outs, financing rounds, carve-outs as well as restructurings, transformations and other corporate law issues. Krasen Krastev started his legal career at Linklaters in 2014, where he most recently worked as a managing associate.

In recent months, McDermott Will & Emery has specifically strengthened its transactional practice with lateral hires and currently counts 35 partners and another 52 lawyers specializing in corporate/M&A, private equity and finance at its Frankfurt, Munich and Düsseldorf/Cologne offices.
