Dr. Michael Cziesla advises clients in complex corporate transactions, specializing in multi-jurisdictional and cross border M&A and Private Equity transactions, including secondaries, leveraged buyouts, divestments and reorganisation, and joint ventures.
Michael advises both German and international private equity funds, corporates and insurance companies across a range of sectors with an emphasis on technology and regulated industries (including healthcare and life science as well as financial services).
