McDermott’s Private Equity Bootcamp in Frankfurt provides attendees with the key tools, primarily across legal and tax, in order to successfully execute a private equity transaction.

Aimed primarily at junior professionals with up to five years experience in the private equity equity sphere (e.g. private equity funds, banks, advisers), this workshop is also suitable for participants who wish to refresh their existing knowledge or learn a new discipline.
