Prof. Dr. Clemens Just advises clients on all aspects of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Clemens has extensive experience acting for financial and strategic investors and on private and public takeovers. His experience includes corporate restructurings and insolvency law issues. Clemens also lectures regularly on these topics, including at the Frankfurt School of Finance. Since 2018 Prof. Dr. Just admitted as a civil law notary (“Notar”) in Frankfurt am Main.

Previously, Clemens worked for law firms in London and Frankfurt.

  • Represented owner Oliver Karrié on the sale of all his shares in KBS Infra GmbH and its subsidiaries to Cramo AG
  • Represented the sellers of imes-icore GmbH in the sale of all shares to France’s biggest private equity investor Ardian and the subsequent management participation program
  • Represented the selling shareholders in Polytech Health & Aesthetics GmbH in the sale of all shares to a fund controlled by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, one of Germany’s most reputable private equity companies
