Overview
Paris, July 7, 2022 – McDermott Will & Emery advised MBO & Co and Amundi Private Equity Funds, on the sale of Arcado, a key player on the speciality cured meats and sausages markets, to Groupe Chevrillon. The management team has reinvested.
The McDermott team that advised the sellers comprised:
- Grégoire Andrieux, managing partner, Stanislas Offroy and Alexandre Bomet associates, on the corporate aspects;
- Côme de Saint-Vincent, counsel, on the tax aspects.
