Carsten Böhm and Germar Enders led the Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Munich corporate, tax, labor, antitrust and IP team that advised LED lighting company MBN Gmbh’s managing director on selling 51% of the company’s shares to German private equity firm Perusa. The team included Björn Biehl, Ralf Richter, Markus Hill, Paul Melot de Beauregard, Maximilian Baur, Oliver Hahnelt, Daniel von Brevern, Steffen Woitz, Thomas Beisken, Philipp Berrsche and Alexa Ningelgen.
