Overview
McDermott advised market leading European private equity firm Naxicap Partners on its acquisition from Ardian of a majority stake in the Lagarrigue Group, a global specialist in external orthopedic devices, and in the design and manufacture of large-scale orthopedic devices for the treatment of disabilities.
The management team reinvested alongside Naxicap Partners.
