McDermott Represents Doral Renewables in Indiana-Based 400MW Solar Project
International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Doral Renewables in the closing of its construction project financing for the Mammoth North project, a 400MW Solar project located in Starke County, Indiana.
The Mammoth North project is the first phase of Doral’s Mammoth Solar project. It is also developing the nearby Mammoth Central and Mammoth South projects which, together with Mammoth North, will bring 1.3GW of capacity to market as the largest integrated photovoltaic solar electricity generating facility in the U.S.
The transaction was announced June 14, 2022 and the project is slated to enter commercial operation in 2023.
