Lene Niemeier advises clients on all aspects of public law, including administrative, constitutional and regulatory law. She has expertise in construction and environmental law, particularly in the context of real estate transactions. In addition, she has significant experience counseling clients in matters of immigration and citizenship law as well as state liability law.
Having completed an additional master’s degree in European Union law, Lene Niemeier has profound knowledge of European Union law. Throughout her legal traineeship, she worked for the German Federal Ministry of Economics and the German Consulate General in San Francisco.
