Isabelle Suzanne Müller focuses her practice on corporate transactional mandates. She advises German and international clients on cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures as well as on German corporate law.
She also focuses her practice on global corporate reorganizations, assisting multinational clients prepare for future strategic transactions and in the development and implementation of post-acquisition integration strategies.

- Advised the Contentserv Group and its majority shareholder Investcorp on the acquisition of the French software company Shoppingfeed
- Advised the sole shareholder on the sale of all shares in isel Germany AG, as well as the real estate used for operations, to Dutch listed Aalberts NV.
- Advised Windjammer Capital and Hilco on acquisition of Simovision Group
- Advised shareholders of karriere tutor GmbH on the investment of Findos Investor GmbH in the group
- Advised ABL-TECHNIC, a portfolio company of Rubicon Partners, on the acquisition of Industriebedarf GmbH
- Advised Investcorp Technology Partners on the Sale of Germany’s Leading Cybersecurity Firm Avira to NortonLifeLock
- Advised Joint Bookrunners on Capital Increase of The Social Chain AG
- Advised VR Equitypartner on the acquisition of a minority stake in Solectrix Group
- Advised Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG in connection with the uplisting of The Social Chain AG, Berlin, from the unregulated market (Open Market) of the Dusseldorf Stock Exchange to the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with simultaneous admission to the sub-segment of the regulated market with additional post-admission obligations (Prime Standard).
- Advised Jefferies GmbH and Hauck & Aufhäuser Privatbankiers Aktiengesellschaft as Underwriter Counsel in the EUR 100 million rights offering of the Mutares SE & Co. KGaA with a listing of shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with a Rule 144A offering in the United States
- Advised Luxembourg-based asset and investment specialist REInvest Asset Management S.A. on the acquisition of the public authority building “Ringbahnstraße 132” in Berlin.
- Advised Joh. Berenberg Gossler & Co. KG as Underwriter Counsel in the EUR 85 million rights offering of the German football club, Borussia Dortmund, with a listing of shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with a Rule 144A offering in the United States
- Advised Volkswagen Financial Services AG (“VWFS”) on its joint venture with J.P. Morgan International Finance Limited (“JPM”) in Volkswagen Payments S.A.
- Advised as transaction counsel the issuer APONTIS PHARMA AG, its main shareholder, the investment company Paragon Partners, as well as the joint bookrunners Hauck & Aufhäuser and M.M.Warburg on the IPO at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
- Advised Friedrich Vorwerk Group SE on its IPO on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
- Advised ABL-TECHNIC, a portfolio company of Rubicon Partners, on the acquisition of Industriebedarf GmbH
- Advised Ratiodata AG, the German IT System House Partner of Fiducia & GAD IT AG, on the acquisition of Accesa-Group
- Advised VR Equitypartner on the acquisition of a stake in DITTRICH+CO GmbH & Co. KG
- Advising CWS-boco International GmbH on the acquisition of all shares in profi-con GmbH Contamination Control including its international subsidiaries
- Advising the sellers of the Lässig Group on the sale of all shares in Lässig Holding GmbH to the private equity company Arcus Capital AG
