Dr. Frederic Peine focuses his practice on corporate law.
Prior to joining McDermott, Frederic worked in one of Germany’s leading law firms as a research assistant. Here he focused on banking, capital markets and corporate law.
During his legal traineeship, Frederic worked at the Federal Foreign Office at the German Consulate General in Wroclaw, Poland, as well as for a leading German law firm and for a German automobile manufacturer.
