Frankfurt a.M., January 10, 2022 – McDermott Will & Emery has advised Joh. Berenberg & Gossler & Co. KG as lender in connection with the financing of the acquisition of a majority stake in BLS Bikeleasing-Service GmbH & Co. KG (“Bikeleasing”) by Brockhaus Technologies AG.
Bikeleasing, founded in 2015, is one of the leading digital platforms for brokering and managing B2B leasing contracts. Brockhaus Technologies AG will in future hold around 52 percent of the Vellmar-based company.
The team advising Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG was led by Oliver Hahnelt (Finance) and comprised Partners Norman Wasse (Corporate M&A) and Nina Siewert (Tax), Counsel Nikolas Koutsós as well as Associate Markus Cejka (both Finance).
