Clemens Just led a team of lawyers from Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Munich and Dallas who provided corporate, labor, real estate, antitrust and tax advice as the previous majority shareholder of technology company imes-icore sold his stake to Ardian. The team included Norman Wasse,Markus Hill, Tobias Riemenschneider, Anna Steudner, Gudrun Germakowski, Maximilian Baur,Holger Weiß, Philipp Berrsche, Daniel von Brevern and Erin Turley.
