Munich, 15 January 2018. – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery has advised private-equity house Gimv and certain individual shareholders, including CEO Armin Pohl, on their disposal of Mackevision group to Accenture.
Headquartered in Germany, Mackevision with offices in Germany, the US, the UK, South Korea, China and Japan is a market leader in Computer Generated Imagery (CGI). It designs and produces high-end 3D visualizations, animations and visual effects (VFX) for images, films and interactive applications, including sales and marketing, online product configurations, virtual showrooms and point-of-sale experiences. Mackevision has earned international acclaim for its work on the HBO Series “Game of Thrones” – for which it was awarded an Emmy.
