Todd Solomon served as an editor of The IBA Global Employment Institute‘s Eleventh Annual Global Report, which explores specific and general international trends in employment, benefits and human resources law. Abigail Kagan was also a contributor to the report.

The IBA Global Employment Institute’s Annual Global Report is based on data from lawyers in 55 countries about emerging trends in employment, benefits and human resources law. The topics covered in this report include the increasing adoption of artificial intelligence, effective management of a workforce in an uncertain economy, collective bargaining and industrial action, mental health in the workplace, cybersecurity and data protection, renumeration and compensation trends, changes to various countries immigration policies, as well as a renewed focus on workplace environmental, social, and governance concerns. Each Annual Global Report builds on the historical perspective of previous editions, highlighting international trends employment, benefits and human resources law with the aim of gaining empirical insights into worldwide developments in these areas.
