Munich, November 8, 2017. – International commercial law firm McDermott Will & Emery has advised H. Binderer GmbH & Co. KG, with Mr. Peter Binderer as sole shareholder and Chief Executive, on the sale of the Binderer Winery to the French wine group, Les Grands Chais de France. The Binderer Winery is one of the most important brand suppliers and largest commercial wineries in Germany; it exports to over 20 countries worldwide and offers numerous well-known brands such as Le Filou, D’Amati, and Corsaire.

The buyer is the French wine group, Les Grands Chais de France of the Alsatian town of Petersbach, one of the largest trading and production companies for wines and spirits in France. World-renowned wine brands such as J. P. Chenet and Grand Sud belong to the group.
