International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Anderson Holdings, a private, family-owned, diversified holding company headquartered in Los Angeles with operations across Southern California, Hawaii and the U.S. and British Virgin Islands, in the equity and asset sale of its wholesale beverage distribution business in the U.S. and British Virgin Islands to Clare Holdings LLC, of Illinois, a diversified group of companies with a strong footprint in the Caribbean through its Merchants Market food and related products distribution network. This sale by Anderson Holdings includes the brands Bellows International, West Indies Company, Prestige Wine Group, Leeward Islands Management Company and Caribbean Cellars, Ltd.
