McDermott Will & Emery is advising Luxempart on an investment agreement to acquire a minority stake in Kestrel Vision, a leading global developer of quality control and inspection solutions for the rigid packaging industry.

Luxempart joins Kestrel Vision’s existing shareholders, including Caravelle, a prominent French family investor, and management.

The transaction, which remains subject to customary regulatory approvals, is expected to close at the end of March 2023 and is designed to strengthen the Group’s capital base to continue its growth strategy.
