Sophie Lafay focuses her practice on French corporate law, with almost of 25 years of experience. She advises on the annual legal follow-up of a portfolio of companies, listed or unlisted companies, including several groups of companies.

She advises on the implementation of corporate governance plans and the review of existing ones (corporate governance subjects, status of corporate officers, shareholders’ rights including minority shareholders, risk management through the implementation of delegation of powers).

She also counsels companies on their entry to the regulated marked, advising on IPO operations. Sophie also has a particularly strong background in internal and cross-border reorganizations (mergers, partial contributions of assets, sales of shares, assets or ongoing business).
