Cyber-attacks against electric companies are increasing—and evolving, and so mist the industry’s incident response processes. This panel will engage in a simulated cyber-attack against a fictional electric company with an opportunity for all attendees to review and discuss the response in real time, with a focus on the role of in-house counsel.
