Defeated an attempt to overturn a lower court decision in favor of a major theme park; the matter involved a five-year battle in which multiple plaintiffs had challenged the sufficiency of the reduced wait time accommodations at an entertainment park for persons with autism; also represented this client in several other Americans with Disabilities Act and state law challenges in Texas, Florida and California

Representing the NCAA in the defense concussion cases, in which student athletes in several sports are alleging that the NCAA – along with various universities, coaches, trainers, doctors and medical practices – are responsible for concussion-related injuries suffered while they were engaged in intercollegiate sports
