Mark Schreiber spoke at DefCon 2023 on a panel alongside members of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), the US Agency for International Development (USAID), Microsoft, CyberPeace Builders and the UC Berkeley Center for Long-Term Cybersecurity (CLTC). The panel discussed their pro bono cyber volunteering study and shared the report of their findings.
