- Represented financial institutions in connection with loan-on-loan financings secured by loans originated across multiple European jurisdictions and the U.S., backed by real estate assets and high-value artwork.
- Represented a private equity fund in connection with a bilateral asset-backed NAV facility.
- Represented an issuer in an accelerated share repurchase transaction through a forward contract
- Represented various financial institutions in connection with the negotiation of total return swaps, forward purchases and collar transactions
- Advised buyers and sellers on LSTA and LMA secondary debt trades
