Alva Mather and Nichole Shustack are speaking on panels at the National Alcohol Beverage Control Association (NABCA) 31st Annual Symposium on Alcohol Beverage Law & Regulation in Arlington, Virginia.

Alva’s panel, “Litigation Landscape: From Retailer Delivery to SCOTUS,” examines the litigious nature of the alcohol market and highlights the most important cases currently impacting the industry. Nichole’s panel, “Brand Equity: Where Marketing Meets Legal,” discusses the broad range of legal risks inherent to protecting major brands amidst rapid innovation.
