Overview
Jordan E. Greene is a member of the Firm’s Investment Funds Group. She represents private fund clients, including private equity funds, funds of funds, and other pooled investment vehicles, in connection with formation, capital raising, structuring, investor negotiations and ongoing operations.
While in law school, Jordan served as an intern at the New York Legal Assistance Group, a student volunteer for Sanctuary for Families’ Uncontested Divorce Project and as a staff editor for the Review of Law & Social Change.
Prior to law school, Jordan worked as a paralegal at a boutique litigation firm and as an organizer in multiple swing states working to turn out the vote in the 2016 election.
